Notice Before Purchase
1. The products sold by our shop are all original brand new products from the official brand. Since some models are international versions, the products usually do not come with warranty cards, manuals and seals. Please do not worry, this is normal.
2. Our store provides quality assurance for all products sold within three months. If there is a quality problem with the product within three months, you can issue a repair certificate (which needs to prove that the fault is not caused by human factors) and a repair cost invoice provided by the local official repair station. We will fully reimburse the repair cost; Alternatively, you can send the equipment back to us for repair. If it is confirmed that the equipment malfunction is not caused by human factors, the repair costs, shipping costs, and tariffs incurred during the repair process will be borne by our store.
3. As cameras, lenses and other products are expensive, our store does not accept returns for no reason at the moment. Please turn on your machine after you fully understand the products and confirm that the equipment is in good condition.
4. Please prepare video equipment to record the whole process of unpacking before opening the package and starting the machine. If the equipment has been damaged or failed when you received the package, and you need to replace the goods or claim, this unpacking video will serve as important evidence, otherwise our store will be unable to accept your dispute and complaint.
