Factory! We have our own production line and overseas sales department for electric bicycle.

2.What's your Ebike quality situation?

It is the fact what we manufactured are all in middle/high quality classes even in European market,closing to the A-brand in the world.All the electric bicycles we manufactured is basically according to present European standard,especially for European market,It may change a little bit,according to standard and regulations in the destination sales countries

3.Can I order sample?

We're honored to offer you sample for quality check.

4.How long for delivery time?

Usually it takes about 7-35 working days after we receive your payment,depending on your order specifications,modals,colors,etc.

5.Do you accept OEM customer's orders?

Yes,our factory in China,we can make the bicycle according to customer's specifications,color combination and even design,as well as package request

6.Which colors will be available?

Normally,we'll introduce the most popular colors to customers.Meanwhile,We are able to make colors according to customer's demands.

7.What's your warranty for your bicycle?

Frame and fork:2 years warranty

All the electric components(including the battery):warranty 18 months
