Shipped fast to USA and packed well. The case for this drill and all its attachments came intact however there are now dividers in the case to keep things contained in their spot. It was a mess in the case and had to be organized. All the pieces are accounted for. Used some cardboard scraps to create dividers and got it all organized. Did a couple tests and it work decent. Not a lot of power but it works for what I needed it for. Good deal for the price. No instructions but it was pretty simple to figure out.
