This saw is excellent value for money. It's as described in the listing. It was very well packaged and delivered well ahead of schedule. Because of this there were numerous problems securing the safe delivery of this saw which the seller and courier went to great pains to overcome. When I eventually took possession of the saw I discovered that the clutch side plate was damaged. The seller was very helpful and supplied a replacement FOC. Things often go wrong in commerce. That's to be expected. What marks an excellent business out from the rest is how they manage the solution to those problems. Holzfforma / Farmertec are an exceptionally good busined in my opinion. They produce a great product and sell it at a fare and reasonable price. They ensured it's safe delivery under difficult circumstances and the took responsibility for a fault and rectified it speedily. Thank you for your help. I have tested this saw but yet used it properly. I have every confidence that it'll serve me well
