Please respect my right as a buyer to receive exactly what I ordered. It is unacceptable to receive a product in an excessively large size, especially considering the amount of money I paid. My money has gone into your pocket without any consideration of my necessities, by sending me a pair of trousers which are so wide and long as to be useless to me. What methods do you have available to force me to accept such a product? Why not replace the pants with a proper size? Could it be that you're trying to get rid of products that aren't selling and that you don't need?
