I'm a US S/M and usually order Chinese L/XL depending on the fit. I followed the size info and ordered an XL, hoping there wouldn't be a gap between the buttons at my 38in chest. There is a slight gap (not very obvious and I can easily sew it shut),but I planned to wear a white padded camisole underneath it anyway since it is slightly sheer depending on the lighting. The tie-back snatches the waist very little. Overall, it's a good deal for $5.

I got a size large, i am about 150 lb and 5'5 this fits perfectly! I got specifically for a cosplay but either way I would definitely wear this for just casual wear as well! i was worried it would be a bit see through but nothing more then expected, material is pretty nice too
