The device paired with my phone without issue. Though, the microphone emphasizes bass sounds excessively while picking up higher frequencies poorly. This can cause volume issues with some phones. Because of the way it's made, it's a more comfortable fit in my ear compared to other designs.

I received the package, and it was packaged very well, thank you! However, I am greatly disappointed because only 2 out of the 4 headsets function correctly. Specifically, the sound volume in 2 of them is not as loud as the other 2. I would like some form of compensation for this issue.
