The item I received looks exactly like the picture, but the size 37 is too small; I recommend ordering a size up.

The flip flop is good and the bow is very nice and of good quality. However, it was too small. I ordered 24.5 cm but received 23.5 cm, which is disappointing. I love the flip flop, but am disappointed by the size.
