When purchasing, the seller (and express) did not warn me he was not complying to my country customs program that would allow a pre-charge of a fixed 18% import tax on this item, and as I bought items from other sellers that used to this program (most in express do) and just payed the total with the tax added, I missed this one was not being pre-charged. As a result customs charged me 100% tax to have access to the goods. The use the program would not have costed anything to the seller (just bureaucracy),but costed me a 80% increase in the cost of these goods.
