it was well sealed. I just had to fluff it up a bit and my kitty plush looked as good or better than in the photos shown! just some threads sticking out but I was able to cut them off without any issue. the tail looks a bit mangled, but it's to be expected as they have stitches to add to the theme it has, nothing bad. I'm showing a comparative with a 20cm doll (I bought the kitty to match with my doll! it was practically made for it, which is the biggest delight ever!)
