1、 Preparation before use

The barcode on the machine is used to register the user, and it must be written into the barcode of
the machine after power on! The format is as follows:
Edit the message " IMEI#barcode# " and send it to the machine, AS : imei#312345678912345#
The corresponding new serial number will be written successfully and "IMEI number write OK."

3 、 Some SMS instructions:

4 、 Client operation instructions
1.1 app download and administrator account registration
1. Download and install app
Use smartphone to scan QR code to download app - prevent loss, open it in browser
and download it again. The following is the domestic QR code
Note: if wechat or QQ scanning QR code cannot be downloaded, please use other
scanning tools to scan and download, or Android phones can search and download in
the Android Market such as Tencent app, and apple phones can search and download
in app store to prevent loss
New User Registration. 1.
After the download is completed, the new user clic ks on the
registration icon and follows the prompts to register the
account. Note: Parents' mobile phone numbers are generally
required for registered accounts.
6. Bind A9 of this product
After the account registration is successful, bind A9 to the account, and bind A9 of
this product with the bar code on the body.
Note: Only one account can be registered for a mobile phone number, and multiple
locators A9 can be bound to one account.
One locator A9 can also be bound by multiple accounts,
There are three ways to add group members:
You can manually enter the anti-loss number, mobile phone number or device ID to
add it.
You can also scan the other party's two-dimensional code to add it.

automatically show the current location of the members of the group:
Within it , you can do:
1) immediate location: update the current location informatio n
2) monitoring number: set the center number for monitoring
3)Positioning frequency: set the interval time of upload
4) Low-voltage alarm: turn on or off low-voltage alarm . etc
5 ) Electronic fence : after the electronic fence is set in the group setti ng
of the same machine, the locator will be considerate to enter and leave the

Click "Add Member" and select "Locator", then scan the two-
dimensional code or add manually. If you enter it manually, you will only
enter the serial number of the 16-bit bar code pasted outside the fuselage.
VI. Troubleshooting
The machine cannot be connected to the server when it is started for the first time,
and the app sends instructions to show that the equipment is not connected to the
network. Please check:
1) Is the SIM in the machine TD-CDMA network, such as telecom does
not support it.
2) The SIM card in the machine must be compatible with 2 G data flow to
enable data flow. Currently, the machi ne Only 2g of data traffic can be
used.
3) Whether the server parameters, namely IP and port, and id are correct
or not, must ensure that the id bar code affixed by the machine is
consistent with the ID written by the machine at the factory. The machine
must be installed with a card and turned on. If you do not understand, you
can ask the agent.
4) There are two situations when the registration is not possible: A.
Prompt that the equipment number does not exist or the equipment
number is already registered and must be handled by an agent; B prompt
that the account number has been registered, that is, the account number
has been registered, and the customer only needs to change an account
number to register again.
