roblem and obviously a quality control issue. As you can see from the pics the tape measure was faulty I think this was an assembly problem and quality control issue. Applied for refund and I received confirmation the same day that my refund had been approved.

Le produit est conforme à la description. Cependant je n'avais pas vu l'existence d'une graduation impériale (en pouces),ce qui rend son utilisation peu pratique quand on veut mesurer avec le système métrique des deux cotés du ruban. Un avertissement devrait apparaître plus en évidence dans la description.
