Operating instructions for the 1.8-inch color screen t12 temperature controller:

Encoder usage:

Settings menu

(1) Temperature setting
1. Temperature step: Short press to adjust the number of steps you want, then short press to confirm
2. Sleep temperature: The default temperature to maintain during standby is 100. Press once to adjust the desired number, and then press briefly to confirm
3. The default temperature, which does not need to be adjusted, will be automatically saved for use
4. The default maximum temperature is 500 to prevent others from using it. If the temperature is too high and the soldering iron tip is burnt out, the maximum temperature can be set

(2) Time Setting
1. Sleep time
1.1- This time defaults to 10 minutes and enters standby mode
1.2- Time adjustment of 0 can achieve hibernation of the sleeping seat. Remove the vibration switch, connect a wire from the aviation plug S to the grounding of the soldering iron frame and the soldering iron head shell, and put down the handle to hibernate

(3) Control parameters
It is not recommended to adjust this. If you are very professional and you understand it, don't touch it

(4) Other settings
1. Adjustable and saved welding nozzle settings
2. Group soldering iron head temperature
3. The sensitivity of the vibration method can be adjusted by default without the need for adjustment
4. The button volume is equipped with a beep, and the default volume is 3. There is no beep installed at the factory, and a higher volume will affect the system power supply screen flashing
5. The protection voltage switch power supply does not need to be set if the lithium battery power supply is set according to your battery voltage
6. Temperature fluctuation: Some soldering iron heads display a large temperature range on the screen, which can be adjusted to reduce the actual temperature fluctuation
7. There are 5 colors for color adjustment, which can be set to yellow, white, light blue, purple, and green
8. Language selection defaults to Chinese. Press once to adjust the number 1 to English

(5) Welding nozzle calibration

Can be divided into 2 groups for calibration, with a selection range of 0 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600. Generally, calibration of 200, 300, and 400 is sufficient (remember not to calibrate without professional tools, and do not use the external gun of the multimeter incorrectly)

(6) Other calibrations
1. Button calibration can adjust the encoder clockwise to increase or decrease
2. Voltage calibration: There is a significant difference between the power supply voltage and the display, which can be calibrated
3. If the temperature calibration handle or motherboard is installed with thermal sensitivity, it will display room temperature without thermal sensitivity. The system defaults to 25 degrees Celsius

Remember that the temperature of 300 ℃ is generally high, which makes the welding very cool, but when the soldering iron head is easy to burn, the temperature of large solder joints can be adjusted up. After welding, the temperature of dry burning will burn the soldering iron head. The tin on the awesome soldering iron head with tin soldering tape is temperature conduction medium. If the temperature of the medium with no conduction temperature is adjusted down, it is not easy to use tin. Don't believe the 700, 800 degree soldering iron on the internet will burn red if the temperature exceeds 500 degrees

The welding temperature is directly proportional to the welding speed and workload. Occasionally, a few welding points should be adjusted as low as possible. If the workload is large, it can be adjusted appropriately

Regarding the problem that the temperature displayed on the soldering station is not accurate with the actual temperature:

Please use the soldering iron tip temperature tester (please do not use a multimeter) to test the temperature. When the soldering station is working at low temperature (less than 280 degrees),the temperature displayed on the soldering station and the actual temperature of the soldering iron tip are only for reference , which is not accurate because They are affected by the surrounding environment. The surrounding environment will carry away heat, causing the soldering iron tip to lose some heat. If using a HB tip thermometer, pls make sure the soldering iron tip is suspended at the center of the temperature sensing line. If you are very strict with temperature, please do not buy this soldering station.

The problem that tin wire cannot be melted at 227 degrees.

The melting point is the melting point of the substance itself. When the temperature of the substance reaches the melting point of the substance, it is possible that the substance cannot be melted. For example, the melting point and freezing point of ice are both 0 degrees Celsius, and water does not necessarily freeze at 0 degrees Celsius. Since the temperature of the substance is affected by the surrounding environment, the actual melting point of the tin wire is higher than the melting point indicated by the tin wire. If the wire is placed in a thermostat tin furnace at 226 degrees Celsius, it is possible to melt in a sealed tin furnace. If it is wrapped around the soldering iron tip, it is impossible to melt. Because there is a gap between the tin wires, and the soldering station has a temperature difference, the soldering iron will lose some heat when it heats up, and the surrounding air will also absorb heat. The melting point of lead-free wire is 227 degrees Celsius, and the room temperature is low in winter. Under the premise of calibrating the temperature of the soldering station, at least 50 degrees Celsius should be increased to offset the heat absorbed by the air, so that the heat of the wire itself can be increased to 228 degrees Celsius.

Please carefully understand the working principle of the vibration switch in the handle. The ball trigger switch built in the handle, the mounting direction of the ball switch and the rolling direction of the ball inside the ball switch need to vibrate the handle when the direction of the handle is consistent. For example, when the handle is vertical Please move the handle up and down. When swinging the handle up and down, please make sure that the ball inside the handle can trigger the SW wake-up mode, and the force needs to be slightly larger. When the handle is placed horizontally, please swing the handle left and right. Please swing the handle to an angle greater than 30 degrees, so that the ball inside the handle can trigger the SW wake-up mode.

About the soldering station showing of ERROR
