Product Instructions
Basic Operation of Digital Tube Lithium Electric Soldering Iron:
1. Rotate the encoder to adjust the temperature, turn slowly, 1 degree per grid, and turn fast, 5 degrees per grid
2. Short press the middle key of the encoder to enter sleep, and any encoder action or vibration handle will exit sleep
3. Double click the middle key of the encoder to enter the enhanced mode, and any encoder action exits
4. In the sleep mode, long press the middle key to turn off, power on again, or short press the middle key to turn on
5. If it is not used for a long time, it will enter the hibernation mode (5 minutes by default). If it is not used for a long time, it will enter the soft shutdown mode (30 minutes by default)
6. Press and hold the knob to turn left to adjust the shutdown time, in minutes. After adjustment, press briefly to exit
7.Press and hold the knob to turn right once to enter the sleep time adjustment. The unit is minutes. After adjustment, press briefly to exit. Long press to adjust the temperature parameters and calibrate the temperature.
Special reminder: the new soldering iron core will report errors and make a drip sound. Ignore it. It will take two or three minutes. The new soldering iron core will have a process of adaptation

Warning icon
When the handle is not connected or the power supply voltage is lower than the protection voltage, the screen will display a warning icon with an exclamation mark, as shown in Figures (a) and (b) respectively. If the handle is not connected, "ERROR" will be displayed in the temperature display area; When the power supply voltage is too low, only the warning icon is displayed, and the actual temperature is still displayed
Introduction to working mode
When the welding station works normally, there are two working modes for selection, namely "normal mode" and "channel mode". The interface is shown in Figure (a) (b) below. The normal mode allows the user to adjust the set temperature step by step with the preset temperature, while in the channel mode, the rotary encoder will switch between several temperature channels stored in advance. The two modes are switched by briefly pressing the encoder on the main interface

When the welding table works normally, the upper left corner displays the set temperature and the upper right corner displays the power supply voltage; The lower left corner shows the selected nozzle number, and the lower right corner shows the ambient temperature; The white dot in the lower right corner can indicate the use status of the handle. When the white dot appears, it indicates that the corresponding IO is low level, and when it disappears, it indicates that the IO port is high level. Introduction to Display Mode
In order to meet the different needs of different users for the interface, the menu also provides different display modes for selection. In the above figure, the display mode of the interface is selected as 1, that is, the heating duty cycle is displayed by means of a square progress bar. The following figure also shows the interface when the display mode is 0. At this time, the area on the left in the middle only shows the heating of the welding station, while the PWM duty cycle of the heating is displayed in the upper right corner, and the power supply voltage is displayed in the middle of the last line

Sleep mode interface
After the welding station sleeps, the sleep interface will be displayed. The upper left corner displays the sleep setting temperature, and the upper right corner displays the time from entering the standby mode, in minutes. The interface after hibernation is shown in the following figure

Introduction to Menu Functions
The way to enter the menu is to press the encoder for a long time during the normal operation of the welding station, and then the primary menu interface will be displayed, as shown in Figure (a) below; Then rotate the encoder to select the secondary menu you want to enter, and press briefly to enter the secondary menu, as shown in the following figure (b); Rotate the encoder again, move the cursor to the specific parameter to be modified, press the encoder briefly to select the content, and then the option value will be displayed behind the text, as shown in Figure (c) below. The rotary encoder modifies the value. After modification, press the encoder briefly to deselect it. After deselecting, the value disappears. To exit the primary and secondary menus, long press the encoder.
