Description:

this 135mm f/2.8 is designed for Canon EF-mount DSLR cameras. Its short telephoto focal length makes it ideally suited for portraiture applications, and the fast f/2.8 maximum aperture affords extensive control over depth of field and also supports working in difficult lighting conditions. An HD Super Multi-Coating has also been applied to individual elements in order to minimize flare and ghosting for improved contrast and color neutrality when shooting in bright or backlit situations. Additionally, the manual focus design offers precise control over focusing position and a six-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality to further enhance shallow depth of field images.

Metal body construction with hybrid aspherical element for exceptional, sharp images
Multi-coated HD glass optics to reduce flare and ghosting.

Manual focus and aperture control
- Standard zoom is designed for full-frame Canon EF-mount DSLRs, it provides a Max 135mm focal length.
- Bright constant f/2.8 maximum aperture affords consistent illumination throughout the zoom range and also affords greater control over depth of field for working with selective focus techniques.
- One ELF(Extra Low Dispersion glass) elements correct secondary spectrum for outstanding.
- Ideal for indoor sports and portraits with background blur.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES

FULL MANUAL LENS, no electric contacts→no auto focus→no image stabilization, require more exprerience with Manual Exposure.

  • Must set camera to M mode(check the picture above) to use this lens, some may require to set "shutter release: no lens" ON in camera menu.

  • Camera will not display the aperture value, must set manually on lens body.

No matter how good autofocus is, there are still times when manual focus is the better shooting option. When used in the right scenario, it gives a photographer more control over the photo, and in some cases, achieves effects that aren't otherwise possible in autofocus mode.

MF series lenses that make high-level artistic performance possible

The Lightdow MF 135mm F2.8 lens delivers captivating and beautiful background blur for every photo, along with excellent contrast and sharpness in the in-focus areas. Optimized lens elements, including 2 Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass elements, effectively eliminate chromatic aberration. The lens achieves exceptional clarity and high resolution across the entire frame, even when wide open.

Why Choose Lightdow?

Title 13, Lighdow Telephoto Prime Lens 135mm F2.8 for Ni...

Anti-reflection multilayer coating UMC

UMC coating technology

  • Provides high contrast ratio

  • Excellent light transmission and minimize flare and ghosting making shooting of relatively short distance subjects more easily

  • Floating lens design ensures greater light intake and suppresses surface aberrations and distortions to increase image resolution

Low dispersion lens

The lens consists of six optical lenses in six groups, and the Lightdow low-dispersion lens (ED) is used to minimize light scattering according to the wavelength of light, ensuring color difference in not only the central part but also the peripheral part of the image.

F2.8 bright large aperture

The F2.8 large aperture design ensures a swift shutter speed in indoor and low-light environments to complete clear shots, and the shallow depth-of-field effect brings out the subject for softer, more beautiful images.

The ideal telescope lens

The 135mm F2.8 lens is a full-frame telescope-level manual focus lens. It provides a sharp sense of color and a soft sense of defocus, and is suitable for a variety of uses such as portrait photography, night photography, wildlife photography and photo pictorial photography.
