Note 1: Please connect the TV BOX with your 4K TV first, and then the 4K resolution option will show in the resolution setting.  

Note 2: The remote controller of the product belongs to the attached and functional accessory. If part of the product functions can't be controlled by the controller, please purchase an external mouse or air mouse to operate. You will have a better user experience.
