There are no instructions so I don't know if it's not working or I use it wrong

The profit looks like the images but it seems to have stop working after the second use.

Product is ok, the only thing I miss are the instructions because I don't know if I use it correctly. Also there are some white sponges in the package and I don't know why they are there and how to use them. The product works properly and I think it is fine.
