Whole cute frog/anklets. Sits Velcro to 2 flapjes and elastic above the heel. Soft and nice material and on the bottom sit anti slip dotted texture. The size is correct about though. They fit my child of 10 months account, but which has also not whole big feet. Shipping took 2 months.
