Besides, we are guitar manufacturer in China, and we have our guitar factory and guitar technicians, each guitar will be checked and tested before shipping, so we will offer you guitars good in quality but low in price, I do think you will get a satisfied guitar from me.

Delivery Time:

Once payment has been confirmed, your item will be shipped within 3 business working days.Usually, it will take 5-7 days to U.S.A. Shipping via EMS, It's service is both fast and courteous, and we will provide you with the tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it's website.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping by EMS or China Post. ( other shipping ways are optional but clients need to pay the shipping fee. Clients Need to pay some customs taxes for some countries, please be well informed of this. )

Customs Releasement ( Some, Less or no Customs Taxes For Your Package!)

We will ship the item out as a gift and report low value by about 75 to 85 USD ( 25 to 30 USD more if guitar comes with a case). You may need to pay some, less or no customs taxes according to where you are from. The customs will open the package and revalue the guitar sometimes, but we can offer all needed documents accordingly. We have enough experience to help you get the guitar pass through your customs safely, please feel free to contact me if anything. ( only USA, Canada, Australia and few countries do not need to pay customs taxes until year of 2017. ) 

Return Policy:

We accept return if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase,or if the product arrived to you in a damaged condition. Unsatisfied customers may ship the product back immediately with the original packaging within 3 days. We will send your refund the product fee as soon as I receive the item. If possible, we can refund you partly to repair if the goods is not seriously damaged, which all depends on our negotiation.The shipping fees back will be afforded by the buyer!!

Package:

All guitars don't come with a hard case, unless there is mark ( guitar with a hardcase) in the products title. For the hardshell, it is optional to buy for all the guitars, if you buy it, we will ship the guitar inside the hardcase for better protection. If you don't buy the hard case, we will use foam and carton to pack for shipping.
