2.What is your lead time for 100 sets?
The lead time is 60 days including customized painting design.
3.What is your MOQ?
The MOQ for customized model is 50 sets.
4.Would you keep our project secret?
Of course we will do that. We can sign NDA with you.
5.Could you help us design the new model?
Yes, we can design the model for you. But you need tell us the basic geomegry and size chart and tube shape.
6.How many year experience for the designer?
Our designer has more than 15 years carbon fiber bike frame design.
7.What is your warranty?
We offer two years warranty for the bike frames.
8.Which shipping way do you use for internal transportation?
We use Post Service EMS offenly. But we can use HK DHL/ FedEx/UPS which is very good price some time.
9.Could you handle the import tax?
Yes, we can use DPD way for some countries. Please contact us for details.
