The XL size is a good fit for someone who is 1.80 meters tall and weighs 76 kilograms; I believe a size L would be too small.

The set is of good quality. The pants are well-made up to the knee, and the section from the knee to the ankle is more elastic. I was a bit disappointed with the jersey because it's not suitable for very cold weather; it's more appropriate for spring, as it isn't very thick. I ordered a 2XL. The jersey feels quite large on me, whereas the pants tend to be a little smaller. I weigh 95 kilograms and am 1.84 meters tall.
