These shorts are very good. While very stretchy, they fit a bit snugly (not severely, as I can still wear them, but I would have preferred a Medium size). The scrunch detail is subtle and doesn't add bulk, but it does a good job of shaping the glutes. Overall, these are great shorts. My measurements are: Waist: 69cm, Hips: 94cm, Thigh: 59cm. I weigh 59kg and am 167cm tall.
