The inside isn't very soft. Also, the actual dimensions are shorter than shown in the picture, but they do match the measurements provided in the description. I purchased it because it was unique, and reviews for similar items mentioned they weren't as long as pictured. I hoped this one, which had no reviews, might be different, but it's the same in this regard.
