Shipping was quick. The packaging was the best the reviewer had ever encountered. The bubble wrap was excellent for protecting the hat and preventing any damage. The hat is made of good weight felt. The materials and craftsmanship are of good quality. The hat is a bit large, but the reviewer anticipated this based on the sizing. The string used to adjust the fit is difficult to use and requires several attempts to get it right. A velcro band would have been a better option for adjusting the size. Overall, it's a good value.
