Upon opening the package, the plastic components exhibited scratches and damage. If a return process wouldn't be overly lengthy, I would opt to send it back.

This product is excellent, even more attractive in person than the picture, and it's the best one I've owned. I received it promptly, just a week after ordering.

This is an excellent backpack. It's made well, has lots of pockets, and I highly recommend it.
