I'm really pleased with this skirt and will likely buy more. It's made of cotton with a touch of spandex or lycra. I'm 1.60 meters tall and have a 74cm waist; the size M fits my waist perfectly. The colors are attractive and bright. The only drawback is the lack of pockets.
