I purchased three items from this store. The bear with the flower is adorable, however, the shipping was problematic: the ear is bent, a rose fell off its head, and the packaging was damaged. The rose is made of a lovely, slightly rubbery material, which caused the pieces to stick together upon delivery. This is unsatisfactory.
