Fast defrosting tray is made of a special alloy with aluminium layering on top, has a thermal conductivity of 20,000 times more than common metals, achieving high-speed heat exchange, allowing frozen foods to defrost faster and naturally.  

  

The defrost tray is kept cool to touch throughout its use. No preheating or hot water is required, simply place the frozen food on the tray and it will start to defrost  

  

Unlike microwave ovens that partially cook food during the defrosting process, the pan defrosts the meat safely and quickly.
