Based on my experience, this product seems to be of high quality, and I've been using it effectively for at-home workouts, specifically for Uber exercise. While the resistance of the bands could be slightly stronger, it's a good product overall, especially considering its cost. The one concern I have is the door anchor, which feels somewhat flimsy and doesn't inspire confidence in its durability; I suggest improving the design of the harness.
