I purchased an EU plug steamer they sent an Australian plug with an EU adapter.! If I wanted to use adapter I could have bought any steamer from a local store at a cheaper price, then purchase an adapter online. It’s not always safe to use adapter for these appliances! I opened a request to have my money back, or they can resend the right item I purchased. If the seller wants the item back they will have to provide a shipping slip for me to ship it. One positive note, the shipping was very fast. I would have been happy if they sent the right product. I haven’t communicated with the seller. Waiting for review of my refund request
