A: Yes, the battery can be removed externally.
Q:What is the repair and warranty policy for electric bikes?
A:During the guaranteed period, any of the parts could be replaced upon receipt of your photos for proof. We will also provide video tutorial training.
Q:Hello, how can I get European certificate and invoice?
A: Please send us your email, we can send you the EU Authoritative Certificate of Certification / we can provide you with an invoice after placing an order.
