I got the item quickly and it's good quality. However, I didn't receive the top cover and handle cover. Though these weren't in the shop's pictures, I saw in reviews that other customers got them, so I expected to. It's disappointing because those parts are important for rain or for my cat's anxiety. It appears others got the complete product with the same purchase, but I didn't, and the shop hasn't offered to send them. I'm not sure how I feel about it.
