The messaging service is very bad. They send it via standard service and only attempt delivery once. It's terrible and takes longer than they say. Furthermore, you have to constantly be vigilant because if you're not present at the time of delivery, they return the package to the sender, risking you losing your money. I hadn't even received the product, yet they marked it as completed and never allowed me to open a dispute, but by chance, the order arrived even though I had considered it lost. Terrible service.
