The product matches the description. While the accessory's appearance isn't perfect (on my unit, at least),these are merely cosmetic flaws that don't impact how it works. They're also easily repairable. The material quality seems sufficient for its purpose. I haven't evaluated the heads yet, so I can't give an opinion; I will update the review if I do.
