Well, I suppose this product may serve for dog owners, for repelling or trainig his own dogs. However, I buy it for repelling my neighbor's dog's (and some that walks around) to bark and here is what happens... When using it from 10+ meters it seems to doesn't work at all (I tried both modes, few times in a row)... when I am closer then 10 meters then SOME dogs stop barking and go away, but my first neighbor's three LITTLE POODLES - about 1 and 2 years old (which is most important to me) don't react at all! They were maybe "surprised" a bit first time I use it, but after few times they now barking even more! Furthermore, my two cats (at which this poodles bark the most) hear it stronger, it scares them even they stand on the opposite side... well, this is something I'm aware of and confirm the fact that this product my serve to repell cats... At the end of the day, I must say that (at least for my case) this device is no more then very good, but pretty expensive torch!
