The seller was great at answering all my questions and was a pleasant, friendly person. They assisted me with my order. While I did have questions, they were about the product itself. I was disappointed that the advertised illumination function wasn't present. The box was worn, although the product wasn't damaged. Also, the picture wasn't as vibrant as the one in the photo. I wouldn't say I'm unhappy, but I'm not overly thrilled either. Overall, I'd rate it an 8.2/10. Delivery was prompt.
