The delivery arrived promptly and the packaging was good. Regrettably, the AB-coating on many of the crystals is damaged, and one crystal is chipped. The largest crystal's coating shows particularly noticeable damage, which is unfortunate as it is quite prominent. Despite this, it's a lovely pendant.
