Package came within the time promised. Unfortunately, the product itself came damaged. One easy to catch by the eye, for the other my quality control trained eye could catch it. Another issue is that in the user manual under number 3 it is mentioned to fill the water up to the high water level, well, there is none! The above mentioned damages were not coming from transportation as it was really very well packed and no way that it could happen on the way. Therefore I think it is also not the shops mistake to one point, more from the producer itself. Whereas the selling responsible has to check the product before sending. The diffusor is in the size of a medium coffee cup. Works well and hope it will do its job for long time. It has a wooden look but its from plastic. Anyway it is doing the job for what its built Hope it helps
