The product is good. I used to be able to walk about 600 meters pain-free. Now, with this product, I can manage around 2000 meters. However, it was a bit tricky to assemble. After three tries, I marked it with a sewing pencil, and now it's fine. I suggest you give it a try. The material is of excellent quality. It works well during activities. When you're not being active, it's best to take it off.
