I am pleased with the pins I received, getting 16 out of 18. The seller responded quickly, suggesting I open a dispute. However, the package was marked as delivered, so when I requested a refund, the only option was to indicate I had received the package. There was no way to specify missing items. I then stated the items were damaged, and now the seller won't accept that and is making me wait for assistance. I did get a refund. I placed another order before receiving the first one, and I am hopeful I will receive all the items this time.
