★★★★★ for customer care and protective packaging. There are tons of cool effects. I am trying to get the hang of it as there are no instructions. Putting the prisms up in your windows is apparently not how they work. I would recommend chosing the bigger most popular prism for more insane suncatching possibilities. (•‿•)
