This product is defective, it doesn't work. The seller tells me to download the application or to change it from plug but the problem is, NO charge and don't turn on. He doesn't want to pay me back.

I'm giving 3 stars as I got a partial refund. the watch itself appears to work but the app is completely useless and will not connect with the phone. my phone works perfectly an pairs with all Bluetooth devices. it pairs with this but the watch will not pair with the useless app. so I threw it in the bin, totally useless.
