The product appears well-made and of good quality. The gears, however, make a loud noise when the time is adjusted, so I have to put it away in a drawer at night to avoid the sound.

The clock is lovely, even though setting the time is complicated, but I contacted the seller and they instructed me on how. The delivery time was approximately 15 days. It arrived well-packaged and included a box. It has some weight to it, which enhances its appearance.
