Made from 3CR13 Steel , because this cutter is only 4inch, it is best to snip the birds leg rings from 2.5mm to 4.7mm.
For 5mm and above, as you can imagine, the bigger the size is and the thicker the wall is, more carefully you may need to snip it away piece by piece if you cannot manage it in one cut.
