Delivery was acceptable. However, the product could be better, particularly regarding the head strap and side straps; these need to be secured, perhaps with a buckle, or they could be fixed. Currently, they detach readily unless I tie them to keep them in place. I intend to sew them. The silicone basket is a positive aspect. The size 3 is appropriate for my 26kg dog.
