The product arrived at my house after 58 days. I selected China Shipping, and the package did not include the seller's IOSS number, causing me to pay VAT taxes a second time. The seller is not accepting the dispute, even though I provided my post office bill showing VAT taxes and proof of a separate purchase with Standard Shipping that arrived without taxes the next day. Please intervene and refund the VAT I was charged. Despite this, the product quality is excellent, and I am happy with the purchase, thank you!

Reimbursement for a product that has some flaws.

It's good quality and doesn't leak air. As a result, we have more headroom inside the tent. We also added an extra blanket underneath for increased warmth.
