Order on January 15th, shipped on January 18th and received on January 29th. The jacket is the same as the description, it is padded and warm. It has a useful pocket on the left arm but not on the right and side pockets cannot be closed (buttons are decorative) but they're pretty deep so there's no risk of falling things off of them. The fabric is waterproof but not shiny. The only thing I didn't like is the sleeves that are a little short. Still worth the purchase. No need to contact the seller.
