To be in good shape! I usually use size S, but I chose M and it felt a bit tight. If you want a looser fit, choose a larger size.

They are nice, they fit snugly, the size is perfect for me. I am 1.60 meters tall and they are slightly short, which is how I like them. However, if you are a bit taller, this might be an issue. The only negative thing is the fabric easily attracts dust and snags.
