This is the best item I've purchased here. It's slightly loose around the waist, which I prefer. The skirt is great; I wear EU sizes 8-10 and chose a Medium.

The skirt is adorable, and the length is ideal for my height (5'9") because it's not too short. I ordered a large for a comfortable fit. It fits well, though I might have been able to wear a medium since there's a little extra space around the waist, but it's not significant. There's no lining in the skirt, but it's fine considering the price. I recommend buying it!
