The watch is good and quiet (with a smooth-moving second hand). The case is durable and has no scratches. The only slight downside is that the alarm isn't very loud.

The stand's finish has some imperfections, being scuffed, stained, and not completely smooth, but it's not highly noticeable. The blemishes on the stand aren't visible once the clock is in place.
